Susamusa is hiring an Operations Assistant to join our team and assist with our continued growth. 

You’ll be responsible for customer communication, order packing and shipping, and supporting daily operations across fulfilment and logistics. This is a hands-on role where you’ll follow clear processes to keep fulfilment running smoothly and make sure customers get fast, helpful responses.

We’re looking for someone with experience in customer service and ecommerce fulfilment who’s detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable communicating in our tone of voice.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer emails and DMs
• Process returns, exchanges, and order updates
• Pick and pack online orders for daily dispatch
• Prepare influencer send-outs and PR packages
• Keep fulfilment and returns areas tidy
• Flag recurring customer feedback or issues

Requirements

• Experience in ecommerce, fulfilment, or customer service
• Strong written communication and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and able to follow processes
• Organised, efficient, and reliable
• London-based and able to work in-house
