Shipping & Delivery

We aim to ship all orders within 2 working days of purchase. Orders are sent straight to fulfillment and are therefore final.

International orders are shipped via DHL Tracked and take approximately 6-9 working days for delivery.

Shipping to the US is sent with DHL Express. We take care of all duties and taxes. The price you see on the product page is the final price you’ll pay.

Orders refused or deemed undeliverable by the courier will be returned to our studio. If your item is returned to us we will contact you via email once received. If you wish to receive the package payment must be made for a new shipping label.

If you refuse a shipment from Susamusa, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and any Import Fees that are incurred on the package.
