Shipping & Delivery

We ship all orders within 2 working days of purchase. Orders are sent straight to fulfilment and are therefore final.

Orders refused or deemed undeliverable by the courier will be returned to our studio. If your item is returned to us we will contact you via email once received. If you wish to receive the package payment must be made for a new shipping label.

If you refuse a shipment from Susamusa, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and any import fees that are incurred on the package.
